Part of prop sticks to stage

I have an elephant with a blanket and howdah on its back. When I try to move it part of the blanket sticks in place. Is there some way to free this prop?

It sounds like something in the geometry got welded... I think you would get more precise answers if you mentioned which product/products, and which program, DAZ or Poser and which version... I'm sorry I can't be of more help, I think I know what that's all about, but it's an answer better left to someone with more knowledge of the problem.
