How to mix shaders in DAZ studio 4.8

I was wondering if its possible to mix shaders in DAZ studio ? something akin to that which I can do in vue by adding 2 (or even more) textures to an object and then adjust the amounts of each texture and even their distribution. For example I have Iray Nature Shaders and might like to add some grass for example over rock all I have been able to do is replace the rock with the grass and that brings me to another point the grass shader looks way to big can they be scaled in any way?

You can use a combination of the Rock and Grass maps at the same time using Opacity Maps and the Layered Image Editor built in to DS, best to Google that as I am cooking xmas dinner and don't really have the time to go in to it today. The awkward bit is getting a good blend with the bump and or displacement maps in the LIE (Layer Image Editor)
