I am keep getting an BSOD error which is "bad_pool_header" what does it mean? How can I stop it from happening?
I am using Windows 10 pro. I know there is Google but that is not being helpful for me at the moment.

Microsoft says to try 2 things:
1. Check for any updates which haven't been installed.
2. Remove any new hardware you may have added. If this resolves it, it may be a driver.
It seems to appear mainly when there is a driver change. Make sure all your drivers are up to date as well. Also, have you changed anti-virus applications? If so, try changing back to the previous.
Try any of these solutions, one at a time. Hopefully this will fix your issue.
