What happened to the Forum Search?

Without it, it makes the site damn near unusable.

 

I wanted to find out why buying a featured new release doesn't give me 70% or even so much as a 10% off discount on featured 2014/2013/etc, items. 

 

Edit: Necvermind, gfound out you have to do the punches crap.

 

But seriously, where is my forum search?!  And when it is coming back?!
