As far as I know, there are not many... Especially if you are looking for the cast members... There are some things out there that might come close... PoserWorld has costumes for kids, I don't remember which kids... Rendo has a super crappy manger that looks like a blind turtle made it... Or it could be super old, like 1986 old... I don't know but for some reason it's $12... (Sorry if I'm insulting anyone)... ShareCG has a manger which is much better... Google "3D Nativity Scene for Poser" and they should show up... I was going to make one of those cheap looking 70s blow molded light up lawn nativity scene, but I wasted too much time on just one wise guy... And there were three wise guys, so maybe next year I'll get better/faster with Sculptris and I'll actually make Christmas with that...

I did as McGyver suggested, and I ended up with a whole lot of nothin'!

A couple of quasi-credible-looking sets at Rendo; sadly, they are not free.  I found the stable (two versions) at ShareCG, but neither is populated.  And there is a 'Robo' version at PoserDirect (toward the bottom of the page -- and I am just dying to hear somebody explain that one to me!)  There's one at Poser World, made for Matt and Maddie, but it requires a membership to download it.  And you still have to BYOB (Bring Your Own Beastiary).  Nothing at all at RDNA.

Given the paucity of viable candidates, it looks like your best bet is going to be to snag the stable from ShareCG, and populate it with whatever Gen3 figures and clothing you may have in your runtime -- I know there's a Shepherd outfit for M3, and all sorts of animals....

The one at Poser world has more of the look of a school's Christmas Navity play, and although it is not free, it is extremely cheap. For 10 dollars you get to download as many of the 2000+ models they have as you want, so it is give away for the money. The stuff may not be as top quality as many of the items here, but a steal when you look at it at a cost per item. They have a few other biblical era outfits, including for adult models, but these are generally for the older figures (M3/V3 or even M2/V2), so you will need to use auto fit/clothing transfer to get them onto the Genesis figures.

I tend to use Moroccan Dreams for M4 plus MFD/Hooded Cloak for V4 for New Testament themed biblical art (I don't do a lot of Old Testament, but I think I've come across situations where the V4 Moroccan Dreams worked better for the female characters I had in mind).  There were Optitex dynamic clothes for Daz for a while, depicting shepherd/working class biblical clothing, but they were never available here, just at the artist's store offsite.  they're currently only available as part of a bundle of EVERYTHING the one gentleman had made for DS ith the Optitex software.

The medieval and angelic Optitex dynamics available here at Daz are pretty workable for biblical clothes as well, if you can find headgear you like elsewhere or are willing to live with the probable inaccuracy of everybody going around bare-headed outside the privacy of their own homes.

In terms of skins that work for Middle Eastern looking people, I tend to favor Falcon for M4 or Bailerin del Fuego for V4, but in a pinch you can tint any reasonably tan Caucasian texture in the surfaces tab and come up with something that is workable, if less than ideal, for representing Middle Eastern looking people.
