Can't find Forum Search function anymore?

Can't find forum search function.... only store search. HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. 

I'm trying to find the readmes page again. 

Gosh Daz, can't search forums, can't find readmes, do you really hate us??? Can't find anything :(

i knooooooooooooooow right? I can apparently find MY discussions if i click on the wheels thing. but there is no search for forums that i can find. Yippie! I hate to bug folks with questions but if there is no forum-search-fu for me to practice, then I must pester. Apologies :(
