GTX960 - no speed improvement vs HD7400

I'm using 3delight mostly. To speed up a rendering process I've bought Nvidia GTX 960 and the is no speed improvement at all. Is it possible? Or maybe I'm missing some settings (Windows 7).

If buying very good card is not going to speed up 3Delight - what would do, faster CPU? I have CPU: AMD A8 3.9Ghz and 16Gb Corsair Vengance 3 RAM

    3Delight is for CPU only. Iray is for CPU and NVIDIA CUDA compatible graphics card.

    For 3Delight the faster the CPU and memory the better.

    Yeah, I have a 960 myself, it works really well with Iray, I also have 16gb of RAM.
