Question on automatically parented clothing and hair

Is there any reason why clothing and hair which is fit to the figure also is parented to the figure or parts of the figure automatically? And if so, what is that reason?

If the items are parented hierarchcial pose and materials presets can be used to affect the whole set at one go, saving having to select items individually.
So can this probably cause my problem with loosing favorited morphs of G3F if I unparented an automatically parented item and save the scene?
I have problems with favorited morphs of my G3F after reopen scenes and I do not why.
Example:
I have a scene with a G3F figure and some clothes and hair in it. The G3F has favorited morphs (poses and shapes). If I open the scene all added to favorited morphs are under favorites. If I do nothing but just save under a new name everything is okay. When I open the new scene after saving the added to favorited morphs are under favorites. If I just lock "visible" of G3F and save the scene under a new name favorites are empty when reopen the scene. That also happens if I just save the scene after locking "visible" of G3F.
I have no clue why favorited morphs are no longer under favorites sometimes after saving and reopen a scene. I try to get the reasons causing this problem but until now it seems there are no specific reasons for that. It is totally weired. I try to get it so I can avoid this problem but until now I haven`t found any logic reason for that.
The morphs are under favorites and checked as favorites (heart on) also after saving the scene, they are under favorites until I close the scene but when I reopen the scene favorites are empty.
This seems to happen if I just save the scene (overwrite) and also when changing some parameters and save under a new name (but there are no specific parameters, shapes are working so it seems but if I lock visible of G3F as written above it works not when reopen the scene)
I spent hours and hours to recreate my G3F character each time the once added to favorites morphs are not longer under favorites after reopen a saved scene and until now nobody has a solution or a reason what could cause this problem.
The thing is, if this problem occurs I can add the morphs new to favorites and save the scene under a new name but after closing and reopen the scene favorites are empty. From the point the problem occurs it is not longer possible to add morphs to favorites and have them under favorites after reopen the scene. I have to start from scratch or with a scene saved days ago (hoping that this scene will work) I had also the issue before that this problem occurs also on scenes that are not opened for days.
I can't see why parenting items to the figure would matter. I'm not clear - are morphs actually losing their settings, or just not appearing in Favourites? Are you setting the same morphs as favourites each time?
The morphs just don`t appear in Favorites. Values are the same. This problem I had more than once. And the thing is, when this problem occurs you are able to add the morphs new to Favorites and they are under Favorites until you close the scene but after saving and reopen the scene they do not appear in Favorites. From the point on the problem occurs it is not possible to add morphs to Favorites and have them under Favorites after saving and reopen the scene. The only way is to start from scratch with a brand new G3F Figure or with an older scene with a G3F character.
The thing is I do not get what exactly cause this problem. Sometimes it happens if you just change a value and save the scene (just save not save as) if you save the scene as a brand new scene it works, so overwriting the scene is an issue (but not everytime). And sometimes it also happens if you save the scene as a new scene (example above "locking visible") I do not know. I have sent support tickets to DAZ but never get an answer on this issue that helps. Seems that I am the only person that have such problems.
I think that it has something to do how DS organize its database.
Right now if I load a scene with a G3F character and change a shaping value of the G3F figure for example I save the scene as a brand new scene everytime to avoid the problem (because I do not know what I can change and what not without getting the problem) but how many scenes shall I create? Thousands?.
It is a bit difficult for me to discribe the problem in english.
If you can deliberately trigger the issue in a scene with just a character, or a scene using only content from the starter packs, perhaps you could upload the .duf file and post a link here - I don't expect to be able to dissect the file and spot the cause, but it might be possible for someone.
Can I ask why you need the Favorites? I'm curious. Do you go back and tweak the morphs after the initial character creation? Or are you asking specific expression pose controls to Favorites?
the problem is, I can not predict what cause the problem so I can`t post anything. I also get no error message or anything else. The character looks as it should, the character itself works as it should, the values are okay. everything is okay, only thing is that "Favorites" are empty if the problem occurs and as written before from that point on it is possible to add morphs new to favorites and to have them under favorites until closing the scene, but if you save the scene and reopen it "Favorites" are empty for what ever reason. So I have to start from scratch or with an older scene with the character in it that already has its "Favorites" and do the changes new and save the scene then as a new scene, just a make sure I have one scene that works with favorites. What I also have recognized is the following.
I have saved a shaping preset of a figure that has this problem with the lost favorites and load an older scene with the figure that already had its favorites. After loading the shaping preset to that figure everything seemed to be okay but after saving the scene and reopen it also that figure in that scene has lost its favorites.
so I can hand over the "problem" from one to another figure or from one to another scene, but I have new clue what the problem is, what the exactly the problem causes or so. I have sent more than one support ticket to DAZ but until now I have no answer on that issue.
Sure. I think it makes sense to have morphs you use often as Favorites. I have so much morphs for G3F (Zev0, all G3F morphs and also others) that it is much easier to work with Favorites. And by the way, it is not important if one need Favorites or not, but it is important that if you have a product that gives you the option, that the option works. Means a product must be okay, if you use everthing or not.
Seriously, I suggest to stop using favorites all together, as I think nobody else uses anything else but the shaping tab...
If you have a shaping peset that causes the favourites to fail post that - people can thens ee if they get the same result.
