How do I use Dynamic Cloth?

Where can I find some instructions on how to use Dynamic Cloth?  - I want to drape things - blankets on a bed for example.

Thanks

Is this in DS?  you need to use products made by Optitex to use the dynamic cloth function.  There is a free, limited version of the dynamic cloth plugin included with DS, and a Commercial, higher spec version to buy, but both need the specialised products to work.

Some freebies at the link to get you started; buy whatever from Daz to encourage em to make more if you like the system. It takes some getting used to, but works well; if you use IRAY, there are some cloth shaders that can allow the creation of some great looks.

Also be careful to check where dynamic stuff is from -- there's a bunch of ... Poser stuff, I think? That's also called 'dynamic' but is completely different.

I think it has to say Optitex, and definitely will say 'Daz Studio' as a compatible engine.

This is what I got when I typed in "How do I use Dynamic Cloth" on Google and striaght away is asked "How do I use Dynamic Cloth in daz studio"  That will give you an understanding what and how things are done, once you gte a handle on that then we can show how to use them on figure that they were not made for. :)

There's a TipsNTricks pdf that I've come across in my folders; no idea where I got it; which, considering I only found it yesterday, says lots for my memory and none of it good. :)
