JM HumanShader for Iray (Eye surface shader) - Question

Hello! I bought the product and I am happy with it. Just a question about the "Eye surface shader". Is this shader supposed to be applyed on the eye reflection or what is it for? Or is it meant for the whole eye? I'm a bit confused since there are as well shaders for cornea, iris, pupil, sclera and lacrimal.

    Each shader is applied to the corresponding named surface.  :)

    Thanks, I knew that, but... where is the "Eye surface shader" surface? There are cornea, iris, pupil, eye reflection, sclera and lacrimal, but no "Eye surface"! Basically I have a shader named "Eye surface shader" but no corrisponding surface. surprise

    It has to be the EyeReflection on Genesis 2 and EyeMoisture on the Genesis 3 figures.

    Add a Genesis 2 figure to the scene and then on the surfaces tab make sure you expand the Legacy Surfaces as well as the Surfaces tree. When you select 7_EyeSurface in the legacy tree you will see that it automatically selects EyeReflection in the Surfaces tree. It is the same.

    Thanks nDelphi. I thought so too, but I wasn't sure about it. I just wonder why this specific shader has a different name, while all the others fit to the names in the surface tab. smiley Actually I never used the Legacy Surfaces tree. Yes, you are right! It's the same. smiley

    It seems that to use that Iray eye surface shader preset with Genesis one would have to get the following product as Genesis does not come with an eye surface:

    Does this set do well with Mil 3 textures? I still have some favorites from that era that I don't want to let go, like GND2, Irina, Andre, Basile ...

    Details

    Series of Basic shaders (Skin, lips, Teeth,Mouth, Eyes and nails). With a basic select and click the shaders will apply automatically set without removing any texture maps. You can achieve realism and get a breath taking images with about any light style. Works for any skin tone, and figure whether if its Victoria 4, Michael 4, Genesis, Genesis 2, or Genesis 3 they will all work fine.
