Exporting, maps, color IDs...lots of questions

There are a couple of things about additional maps and Studio exporting that I have not been able to find information about, and I'm really hoping someone might be able to help with.

 

* Can you set Color IDs when exporting something from Studio so that a 3D painter or other program will recognize them?

* Every time I try exporting something from Studio, in either DAE or OBJ format and have "Collect maps" checked, only the Diffuse map is collected. No specular, no bump, no normals. Does anyone know why this would be happening?

* And the real mystery - can someone explain (and in relatively straightforward terms) how someone would generate ambient occlusion or curvature maps from a product (like a DAZ one) that they did not model themselves? I assume you would export an OBJ and take it to Blender or another modeler, but I don't know what needs to be done from there.


* bonus question: is it possible to bring an object with multiple UV maps (like a DAZ figure or many other items) into Marmoset Toolbag 2? It doesn't sound like it's possible, but that seems like a huge limitation for a powerful external renderer.
