My (LAMH) animal models coming with Poser Hair!

For the folks interested, I was finally able to write a custom code routine that would convert LAMH fur information to Poser Dynamic Hair.
There are only a few brief steps that I have to do manually, but I am now able to convert and produce addons for all my animal models so that they work natively in Poser too!

And of course new ones will come in double format...

Here is the American Bison for Poser (I must admit I am NOT very acquainted anymore with Poser, so I'm still trying to sort out best render and lighting settings), but I'm very happy with the results.
Attached also an image of the Hair Room.
Being native Poser hair, users will of course be able to style them further and change whatever setting they want.

    Especially since Carrara Hair is supported by the Octane for Carrara plugin!!!!

    wow that would be so cool. I've been working in poser lately so I look forward to seeing this work. will it work for PP 2014 as well?

    Yes indeed, Poser 2012 and up... (actually the render I posted is done with Poser 2012)

    Poser physics offeres those controls as well.  I can see it now Bisons walking in wind drive snow followed by a pack of wolves. with the snow flying around and the hair bowing.it gives me chills at the though of possiablities for animation  :)

    Will you provide this custom code routine to the users of LAMH, or you will be using it only by yourself?

    Anyhow, I will wait for this to appear.

    Hello Artini, I don't think this routine (which is not completely automatic and requires some intervention) will make it to the LAMH plugin version. Probably will be used in further LAMH evolutions.

    Looks like something useful indeed. 

    (But what's the deal with posts from last year only showing the month?  It's going to make going back to find older threads even more of a bear...)
