DIM dang dumb. . .

and other explitaves. I posted this else where and got no joy so I thought I'd make it a thread.

For some reason DIM does not like me. I have never been able to get this to work for me so up til now I have been down loading every thing manually. Now I want to download DS4.9 and the only way I can get it is through DIM.

I'm on a Mac os10.thelatest. and the DIM is the latest and I followed the given instructions and refering to the enclosed screen shots you can see what I have done in the filter window.

I get a series of file listed in the filter field upper right hand corner but can get nothing to load in the Product Name list. What am i missing?

    Looks like they've all been installed (check 8 results in the installed tab).

    Greetings,

    Out of curiosity, what happens if you check 'Software' in the filter list?

    Also, you say that there's 'nope nope nojoy!' w/r/t the comment about the Installed tab, but that doesn't answer what IS installed...something is, because that tab shows 8 results...

    Clear the SKU numbers from the search bar.  Make sure that Software is checked in the filters.

    Tried the software thing and got nothing different. there are lots of things listed but there is actually 116 things listed as installed none of which is Studio 4.9 and accompanying stuff

    The screen shot is of the 8 items shown as installed

    If that last screenshot is after you checked Software on the filters, you still need to clear out the SKU numbers from the search bar...at least from the visible ones, 4.9 isn't any of them.  By having SKU numbers there, it will be an additional filter.

    Hit the red X, type "Studio" in the box, and see what comes up in "Ready to Download".

    Okay folks. . . fiqured it out. Results I had the "private build" checked and did not have "software"checked. not sure if I needed both these things fixed but once I did 4.9 came up.
