Is forumarchive.daz3d.com gone for good?

I wanted to ask if the archives of old forum topics at forumarchive.daz3d.com is gone for good, or if there is still some way to access them. I get a "Website is offline" error when I try to access that, and a "404 Not Found" on a lot of old forum links.

 

I could be mistaken, but it looks like it disappeared almost 2 years now. (See the Is forumarchive.daz3d.com down/gone? topic, started in Jan. of 2014.)

 

If it is gone, that seems a shame. There was a lot of useful info there. It was bad enough that all links to the old stuff were made broken, but to later delete the material outright, too?

 

Also, I just noticed the Using the New Forums topic. So, they've completely changed the DAZ forums all over again? Did this change also break old forum links? Why "fix" what isn't broken?

    Yes the Archived forum went down a couple of years or so back.  This iteration of the forum incoporates the previous iteration, so in that respect nothing has changed, even post counts have been carried over from the previous version.

    IIRC a couple of years back when the Forum Archive went down DAZ said they were going to restore it but it sounded like a low priority with no particular time frame. Now 2 years later we still don't have it. So in actuality it may really be gone
