MK Christmas Tree Problem

I've used the MK Christmas Tree several times in the past - it's the one that can switch decorations by dialing them up.

Now that I have D/S 4.8 and tried to use the tree, all I have is a bare tree, no dials, no ornaments. no tree skirt, no toppers - nothing!

I've reinstalled it twice.  Still just a bare little tree.

Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?​​
