It's been almost 23 hrs now, still no punches showing and no reply from Customer Service

As the punches no longer expire, I bought a couple items last night before bed. The punches didn't show up so I thought they might need a little time... went to bed... In the AM I checked, and still no punches.. I put in a ticket at about 11:00 am... Still no reply and no punches as of 1am... I've always had great Customer Service in the past, so it surprises me I didn't get a reply... ( The ticket is still showing as open on my end). I've tried the many, many relog, as well as the delete the cookies tricks, still nothing...

 

I'm not a huge fan of punch sales to begin with, but this is quickly souring my want to participate in this or any future punch sale.

    Greetings,

    Log out (from a store page), wait about 10 seconds, and log back in.

    I did that after every purchase, and got my punches pretty much immediately.

    when I see no punches know I am again

    Tried that... stayed logged out for almost 11 hours (while at work) still nothing...

    Can anyone tell me what they are good for? I don't get how to use them. I bought 3DU's kids and a couple of other things and now have 5 of them.

    You get shown percentage off next new thing, also off those catagories and giftcards

    I bought a giftcard the other day and the new things I got each day got more taken off with more punches

    Thanks...Can you only use them once? Or do they continue to be able to be used? What do they mean with they don't expire...sorry to be dense I normally don't worry about sales here so much as they are too complicated.

    You're not dense!  Those bubbles under your punch card tell you what discount you get IN ADDITION TO the discounts showing for each category, aka, the 2015, the 2014, etc. You get a total of 50% off new releases. You get 70% off the 2015 that are showing (be sure and hit BROWSE ALL as not all show up on the promo page.)  If you get anything from the 2014 category further down on that page, you get 60% off whatever price they are currently showing, etc.The 2013 is 65% off the price they are showing, and 2012 or earlier, 70% off the price they're showing. (They say 40% but some are Daz Originals and are discounted more.) 

    The gift cards are 10% off with 5 punches, and STACK with any other gift card offers. Aka, it was 16% for us when they did the 6% off (as we already get 10%) 

    The non-expire means you will stay at 5 punches for the rest of the sale, however long that is. SHOP AS MUCH AS YOU WANT!

    Don't get overwhelmed, scroll down the page, hit the BROWSE ALL and see if you're interested, put in cart and see the price. I'd start at the bottom of the page and work my way up, as the deeper discounts (70%) are 2012 or earlier, then as you go up the page, you lose 5% with each yeargroup. wink

    Well, Now it has been 36 hours and still no punches. It has been 24 hrs and still no reply from Customer Service... I have now demanded a refund, and am now walking away from this and any future punch card style sales. I must say, I have never had such poor customer service here at DAZ. I didn't expect an immediate responce, but I usually get one within 6 hrs...

    Thanks Novica, I really was feeling dense last night. In my defence it had been a long day complete with yard duty out on a dusty oval with high winds and rain (just lovely) and my brain had died. Gotta love yard duty on an oval that is a dustbowl. The good news is we're finalists in My Park Rules so hopefully we can win ourselves a new oval.
