SF Anime Character Builder - Actors not loading?

I tried to find the original SF ACB thread but it seems long buried so had to start a new one to ask - Is there something I'm doing wrong, when I click any of the "Actor" icons in this package it loads nothing more than the eyebrows for that character. It's no big issue, I've just been applying the base shape I want to the G3F base, it's just the Actor action not working quite the way I expected it to. Still a great product!

    Hi!  Thanks for buying our product. :) 

    Those are actually Wearables presets.  You have to load G3F into the scene first, then apply one.  It will apply textures, shape and eyebrows to the figure that is already loaded.

    Ahhhhhhhh That makes PERFECT sense!!! Thank you so much for getting back to me @SickleYield - I've been applying the shaping first then thinking the Actor was just applying the eyebrows!! Luckily I apply the eyebrows before adjusting shapes or I'd have got myself even more confused!!! It's an amazing product and a big part of a motion comic series I'm working on. At least the three main characters will be built from this product :)
