I'm not aware of any products that provide that sort of effect. However, you could do it yourself rather easily by editing the texture map for the face in Photoshop or Gimp. You'll probably want to save your changes to a different filename when your finished, though, so you don't overwrite the original. Then just assign your new image as the face texture for your figure.

Layered Image Editor is your friend.
For me personally, I don't like using LIE for something like this just because of the time it can add to renders. You still have to paint the blacked areas in another app, so seems like you might as well do it as a layer in PS or GIMP on the original texture. Of course, you could just save that layer out as a PNG and use it on other figures via LIE.
Thanks for the advice. I had a product for v4 from Renderosity but it only works in Poser. I'll may try my luck with texture editing.
I have not experienced any slow down in rendering do to LIE and use it a lot.

Admittedly, I don't use LIE often at all. When I have used it, it seemed to add a noticeable, though not drastic, amount of time to the render. Could have just been whatever I was doing at the time.
LIE Wound Make-Up Artist has a black eye. Its for Genesis V4/M4 but it could probably be used elsewhere. I'd test but I'm in the middle of a two-hour render.

Thanks MarcCCTx. However, thats not the black eye I'm talking about. See the earlier link I posted at start of thread. Im looking for something like what football players put under their eyes or what you see special forces put around their eyes (also called grease paint). Here is another example:
