Looks like fibermesh hair from the promos, even has the telltail errors where it didn't morph quite right to fit the face (most obvious wayward polygon on the right side of his face (left side of promos.. surprised that got through QA))  Don't see any reason it wouldn't work in Carrara as long as auto follow normally works with G2. (I don't use Carrara)
