This SALE is NOT working.

I put stuff in the cart, it shows the discount, and when I go to pay with Paypal it shows the UNdiscounted price.  The time between when I put the items in the cart, and I clicked to pay for them was about 1 second.  I didn't put them in the cart, and then wait 5 minutes.  At least you could have the consideration for your customers to give the sale item at the sale price if it's only been in the cart 1 second.  I'm not going to bother trying to buy anything else during this sale, it's a frustrating complete waste of time.no

    Maybe a store glitch? It seems to still be working for me.

    Sometimes you just have to go back and forth once or twice. Happens now and then its just a glitch.

    I had a similar problem an hour ago.

     

    After adding five sale items in my basket, the total price said $30, with the discounts added.

    Later, when I looked at my order, the amount I paid was almost $75 and all items were listed without the sale price.

    I had to double check with my bank history and it confirmed that I paid $75.

     

    The sale on these items are still ongoing - every one of them are still at 55% sale - and I have submitted a ticket about the issue with attached evidence.

    This is the first time I experience this problem. I am 100% certain that my basket said $30 when I checked out, since I always double check it due to potential cookie problems.

    Also, I never know when a sale ends, so I carefully make sure all the sale discounts are there when I check out.

     

    Although on the positive side, I know the sales staff are professional here so I am sure they will fix it.

    It was just a bit surprising.

    I once bought a rather expensive pack (I think $160 or something?) and didn't realize the sale price hadn't triggered properly.

    I got the sale money back, but boy... that was dramatic. ;)
