So, I'm curious, does anyone here use it? Truth be told, it was actually my foot-wetter into 3D graphics back in high school.

I used to, but I haven't in quite a few years. It was the CAD software I used on my Mac. (On Windows, it is, and always has been, AutoSketch.)
I played with it during my middle-school years: a Win 3.1 version Dad picked up for $10. My brother designed his Eagle Scout project on it.
I used to use it a few years back on my Mac... It was average in my opinion... Perhaps better suited for simple design mock ups... their customer service/help was abysmal... When I purchased a newer version (CD) the registration key did not work, they basically said too bad. That abruptly ended my interest is using their software. A client I visited recently was using it, or had it... It didn't strike me as better, or having any advantage for content creation... The standard stuff we use Hexagon, Carrara, Blender, Shade or Wings seem more suited for content creation, TurboCAD is more for designing parts or devices. The client was using them for visualizing chocolate molds and patterns.
