Zev0 catalog not all items 50% off

I added the G3 breast control to my cart but it's not applying the discount. Other items are. Is anyone else having this issue?

    The G3 Breast control is still a 'new' item so it is excluded from the sale.

    I don't think they should include any item that isn't on sale in with items on sale. Leads to too much confusion and wasting peoples time try to figure out what the heck is on sale!!!! But it seems very typical around here!

    It says on the rolling banner

      "Restrictions Apply See Promo for details"

    And in the promo it says  

    *Items must be in cart simultaneously for discount to apply. †Excludes new releases and PC+ items.

    The same thing happens in brick and mortar stores. They have fine print and exclusions in their ads, and they don't put away the non-sale items so only those on sale are on display. It's just basic marketing. In fact, with a brick and mortar store, you seldom see an entire manufacturer's line discounted, just a few select items. So in that respect, DAZ is being quite generous.

    After a while, you get used to looking for the "NEW" banner across the upper right of the image, (as well as the PC+ symbol, if you're not a member.) In over a year, I can't recall a single new item, not still in featured status, that got any kind of sales discount. And only occassionally will the PC+ items qualify at any time, other than the PC Anniversary Sale. That's just the way it is here.

    Once you get used to and expect the exclusions, it's less disappointing. Unless you actually need the item now, wishlist it. Sixty days after it's release, it will qualify for Featured Artist, as well as other sales discounts.

    It doesn't matter what it says - it just poor setup in excluding items that are not on sale should be easy to do with a well run web site!!

    His store has certain items on sale.  The banner states which are excluded.  Some people will want to see the entire store and may purchase the new ones with the knowledge that those don't have the higher discount.  Not everyone will pleased with either way of displaying the products, though this is how the products are always presented if a vendor's store is involved. Some sales have certain themed products on sale, and those may be grouped onto a page, but that usually means more than one vendor is involved.

    You can, however, send feedback in a ticket so that the store is aware of your concerns.

    thing is if you exclude items on a PA's store page that are not included in a sale then others wont see the other stuff and the PA will lose out on sales from those products as well and many PA's are often in a lot of the special sales deals such as Zev0 who is often included in a lot of promotions, the only way to do what your saying is if daz had one page setup like the fast grab page and chuck in all the items that are in any given sale on that one page
