M7 bumpmap face doesn't work

After some hours of fiddling, I can't get M7's face to have any bump. All the other bodyparts do work. I checked the bump channel and the texture is there. I also unlocked the limits and cranked it up real high: nothing.
Am I missing something?

Iray or 3Delight? Which materials file did you apply, if any?
Sorry I was being vague >< Was very sleepy when I typed that...
I use Iray and no matter what material I apply, the face bump doesn't show any bump difference. I tried all the characters that came with the M7 pro bundle. I now turned off the limits and cranked it up to 50 and now I see something happening but not as much as you would expect with these high values. Could it be that all the bumpmaps that came with the characters from the Michael 7 pro bundle, don't have enough contrast (which seems unlikely), or could it be that I have some other value cranked up too high (or too low) that would influence this behaviour of the bump values?
I'm not sure, it sounds odd - especially if the other skin surfaces are showing bump effects. What happens if you save a Shader Preset from a skin area that is showing bump, using the save option dialogue to save values and not maps (use the option menu, part way down on the right of the option dialogue) and then apply that to the face? The only difference then should be the maps applied.
