Daz Studio 4.8 "Resource Error"

Im not sure how or why but when opening Daz Studio I keep getting a message that says
Could not open the start up scene: C:/Users/MARY HOME/Documents/Daz3D/Studio/Content/People?Geneseis/Genesis.duf File does not exist.
how do i fix this please help me out i have read other forums but doent fix this issue

Has this always happened or did it just recently start? What version of Studio?
If you use Windows Explorer to navigate to that folder is there anything there?
