Crimson Seas for G3M....

Well, the long awaited M7/G3M has been released... I still don't really have any plans on using it, at least not at this time... However, I just wanted to say that while looking at what's availible for G3M, I saw the Crimson Seas outfit http://www.daz3d.com/crimson-seas-for-genesis-3-male-s, and just had to say Wow!  That's one nice looking outfit...

    I agree. I have no use at this time for pirate characters, but it is a really nice outfit.

    I'm still half tempted to change the theme of my project from Contemporary Space Sci-Fi to incluse Space Pirates... I wonder how that coat and shirt would look on Mino 6?

    the coat has enough texture possibilities out of the box to use for lots of genres.

    Has anyone tried it out yet? Particularly the treson chaos treason texture set for iray? It seems to make the pants dissappear and takes a bunch of the leg mesh with it.

    Ok, my daz crashed, I loaded it up again, now seems to be working lol. Musta been a temporary glitch :D

    It is great looking, in case anyone wondering what the shirt and pants look like by themselves. Very nice peasant looking clothes. The pants look like rough leather, while the shirt looks like sack cloth. It's really nice :D

    I wish they'd made a G2M version too

    it would have jumped into my cart by itself if they had as I have no way to use  G3M in Carrara so not buying M7

    Well, I don't know how Autofit works in Carra, but I just tried autofitting the G3M outfit that comes with G3M to  G2M, and it fit pretty decent... or  isn't there a way to save it back as a G2M item from there? I dunno, just a thought.

    Crimson Seas is a great set, but the boots seem to have a strange bug: There are two triangles at their sides, pointing to the Zero point - at least on my Mac (see pics). They vanish when I render the pic, but are irritating during posing. Has anybody any idea how to get rid of this issue?

    OK I bought it along with a bunch of M4 and V4 stuff the PC+ items discounted further TOO so grabbed a pile of em
