Not to sound like a broken record, but I recommend Davo's BDSM stuff. Most of his newer stuff has multiple easy pose cables/tentacles. Every version of Madlab has a rotary saw, laser and some sort of gripper or shears.
I don't know if you'd find enough individual pieces to make it worth the admittedly steep price or not.
If you're going over there, Dirtier Eddy has a bed of nails similar to the one at Daz so you might want to check him out too.
