Can you refresh the plugin list ?

I'm trying to make a plugin, but this is not directly related to code so I thought I would ask here.
I've put my .dll in the plugins folder but it does not appear in the Window -> Panes menu.
I've noticed that if I reinstall DS that they will appear.
Obviously this is not ideal so is there someway to reload plugins ?

Which plugin folder are you putting it into? The My DAZ3D Library folder or the main DS folder?
The main DS folder at the moment, not sure if that's optimal.
