Install Manager Login not working

Is the Install Manager login working for other people?  I can't login, it just tried for a minute or two and then says it can't log me in.

In the logs I see: "Communication timed out during authentication." 

I know I've got my login info right & my internet is working (I'm posting here after all).  Just wondering if it's my PC or a bigger issue.

    Install manager is down for me too. I'm getting a general site error now too:

      • Unable to load recent personalized data. Cart contents, product ownership and account information may be incorrect.

    can't login to Connect either :(
