Disable Store in new scene tab?

is it possible to disable the store frame in the bottom of the new scene window.

    Nope... even if you can drag to collapse it, it will still show next time you Ctrl + N... Its status is not memorized...

    It doesn't seem to recognize that I already own some of the content - even though I'm logged in. That's too bad.

    One thing it does seem to remember is which tab I used. So I get my own New preset window instead.
