Can not register serial number for 4.9

in Daz Studio Discussion

When I try to enter the serial number for 4.9, the ok button is greyed out. I have a new computer so this is the only version of Studio on it. I hav copied an pasted  the highest 4.6 pro serial number in my serial numbers list. Any help?

    Nevermind. Uninstalled it and went with 4.8

    The serial is shared, you don't need to enter it agains for the beta now (I am told).

    Use the same serial number as Daz Studio 4.0 or later - yours should be here https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/serialnumbers

    O mesmo número de série é o mesmo que Daz Studio 4.0 ou posterior - o seu deve estar aqui https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/serialnumbers

    Additionally, if you login via Daz Connect it will automatically use your serial number without having to copy paste anything.

    There is apaprently a bug in registering off-line the release build, fixed in the next internal build so it should be in the next update.

    Build 4.9.0.64.

    Fixed an issue that prevented a serial number from being entered while offline; unless stepping back/forth between adjacent wizard pages

    Im having the same issus none of my serial numbers will go in and I can't connect to the site to register my copy either and I know that my account/password is right but it keeps telling me that its wrong

    Same for me with all serial number... I use online registration.

    Is there an un-greyed-out Next button?

    Get the serial number from your account page and paste it into the field. (You should be able to take screenshots in the OS, without using a phone camera - use the Snipping Tool in Windows 7+, I think macs have a similar facility.)
