Help need with repurposing some Poser Items for Daz Studio

I have several items that are made for Poser but they do work with Daz Studio. Some items do need some adjustment with their shaders/materials.
For Example I have a vehicle separate materials (Mats) in Poser that makes the lights of the vehicle appear to be on/lit (with a light &/or a simulated glow effect) or do a glass shader, I’m just wondering it possible to make or redo the materials to work in Daz Studio.
Thanks,

Yes, you can do it, but it'll mostly be trial and error. You;ll have to load up the item in DS, then tweak the materials one by one. You'll also have to decide whether to do materials for Iray or 3Delight, or both. For example, in Iray you can have the headlight actually emit light (as opposed to just appearing to be switched on), and cars in general look much better in Iray.
As long as none of the materials are Poser procedurals, it shouldn't be too difficult. Once you've done that, save it as a Scene Asset in DS, or alternately, save all the materials as a Materials preset which you can apply to the Poser model when you load it.
You can have the headlight actually emit light in 3DL, too...but it is a much more complicated procedure...
Long time Poser user slowly trying out DAZ Studio too. the shader/texture obstacle is what kept me so long too.
This set might work...

Maybe you can save an individual glowing material zone as a shader/material... whatever DAZ calls a single zone... then apply it to the headlights of vehicles. I think this set is only for 3Delight ... not IRAY
