Product Lib Manual Downloads, staying or phasing out?

Feeling concerned the manual downloads will be phased out,

97 pages of Product Library, if i start d/l now prolly still won't finish in a year. >.<

should i panic now or will manual d/ls continue to be available?

    does that mean i have all of 2016 to d/l my products?

    some sale stuff i bought, and the pc freebs, never downloaded them. until i actually going to render it.
    also sometimes d/l zip file, if there are 0kb files, the extraction doesn't complete and i don't know it til i go to use the items.

    i stopped saving the zip files, my hdd is at critical mass.
