Unable to download

Can any one help me, I am trying to download my files from my download section, but the downloader bulit into IE keeps giving the link as a download and not the file, I've had this problem for almost two weeks now, if anyone can help it would me most appricated.

    That was meant to be fixed, since it isn't you need to try an alternative browser (you can keep Ie as your default, if you like, by saying no when Firefox or Chrome asks if you want to make it your default).

    I've talked to a web developer about this. If you can provide information to us regarding the following: (you can even send it in a PM)
    * What Operating System are you using?
    * What Browser and the version number of the browser?
    * What is your email address?
    * What internet Service Provider are you using?

    If you can help me with this information I'll have the web team look into this further.
