Add wrinkles effect

Hi all !

I'm asking me the best way to add wrinkles to skin but on a very specific place to simulate a pinch effect. For example add this effect when skin is pinched between two fingers. How could I do that ?

Not sure if it's exactly what you meant but there is this: SY Pinches and Pokes HD Genesis 8 and 8.1.
