g2f shape preset to v4 base

is it possible to use a custom or saved g2f shaping preset on victoria 4 body and head.

if so, how is it done.

No, the meshes are different.  There are ways (both purchased and manually) to convert from V4 to G2F,  but AFAIK there isn't a method of converting from a weight-mapped figure to a legacy-rigged one.
