Contacting Product artisans

There is no avenue here for being able to contact any of the artisans here at Daz who provide us the product models. There is a question I have for  aka "Midnight Studios", aka "Mercenary Studios" or is it aka "Mighty Mesophistocles" (sic?) ...about a prop seen in their product shots, a "futuristic, long range laser rifle weapon" for the "Stealth" mech figure. Its even visible in 3 smart content library figure pose images but not listed under props.

I'm trying to find that exact prop for my figure ...which came without it. I'm disappointed when something is shown as an accessory but it is not apart of the package. Yes, the page description does not mention that the prop is NOT included, despite it is not listed as included.

So my first question is... what is the true identity of the figurine's maker really? And second, Where can I find that prop here? Does it really exist?

There are two way to contact a vendor: The first is here in the forum, going through the product threads of the vendor and post your question there. You can also post an unrelated thread, and hope that someone will remember the item in question (it would help other forumites if you'd post a link to the shop item, so people can have a look, like this: http://www.daz3d.com/stealth).

If the vendor decides not to post in the forum, and lets DAZ3D handle the customer support, then the only way to contact them ist by opening a support ticket: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/requests/new

DAZ3D customers support will try to help you as best as possible, and forward your question to the vendor, of possible.

EDIT: if it's an old item, they are not shown under smart content, but only in the product library.
