Which pose converter and why??

So the store has a few pose converters for G2 - G3.  I am wondering which ones people like and why?  Do they work well?  What issues have you had with them?

I would go with zev0's product. It is the one I purchased, it has a batch feature. I don't see the other one mentioning a batch feature in the description.

I find dev0's to work well; some tweakage is required, which his product suggests. I find the hands are ususually where the issues lie; as I seldom use poses without tweaking though, it isn't really a problem for me.
