About to post a gushing post, can't help it.

You might remember me, some years ago I volunteered to pay you for a tutorial on how you create your

textures. Felt it would be worth it then, feelings have only increased with passage of time.

I have all your Male Characters, use them constantly, to be honest have "adapted some"

Years ago a friend of mine said I was a little nuts to pay for your products ( ain't cheap, nor was the work to produce them)

I have never regretted then nor now, I think that these update(s) from you validate you as an artist and a person.

Finally I my sincere thanks for creating a series of products that are of a high quality and a source of inspiration to others.

I do have a question, if you don't mind. As I mentioned I have all your products because of the quality, the size of the files are large.

How can I tell the new from the old when downloading ( no longer need Poser).

Once again my heartfelt thank for many years of quality products and inspiration.

    I salute you

Got the updates to the sets I have of yourse.  I do notice that the iRay settings are still included in the Runtime> Pose folder rather than put into the People> Michael 4 folder.  So I moved them and deleted the included PZ2 files.  I hope that's OK as I hope that the PZ2 files are not needed as a referrer or anything.

Presets can be moved wherever you like - as long as the textures are in the required place. I for instance have an Iray Shader folder with everything (to me) important. laugh

Thanks.  I was more concerned about deleting the PZ2's but I guess they were there because of the Pose folder not for anything else.  cheeky

Jepe, do you have any idea why Clive/Dax and Vasco are showing up as new in your store? All of the other changes for Iray have been showing up in DIM; did you add more to those characters?

All in all 18 packs with their 22 characters are updated and should show up as new now.

Thank you for your kind words, very much appreciated. :)

Most important update for all these characters are the Iray Presets, those are not that big in size and they work when you have the according textures saved in your DAZ Studio Runtime. But you still need some of the Poser files - the character morphs for M4 (INJ/REM files) can only be loaded from the Poser Container in Studio's Content Library, they won't show up in DAZ Studio's native Library.

Ah, OK. I have all your M4/Genesis/G2M guys but those, so I didn't realize it was happening to your entire store, since I didn't see them. Since they're coming through DIM as updates, I didn't realize that the store itself was flagging those updates as New products, with the little green banner and everything. Thanks for the quick response!

Not the entire store I think, only the male characters have been updated! laugh

Downloaded and installed all and rendered to see results.

What I did was to save and  each character in a scene as sort of a "template" for future use.

Thank you for reminding about Stratton, totaly forgot I had him also.

While not iray he was "templated" too.

Again thank you for your thoughtfulness and generousity.

    Jepe:

        Nostalgia on two levels.

      You no doubt recall "Charles".

"Kenny" texture applied and rendered in iray

I too do this very often and save a character as a template in a scene for later merging - very clever, bicc39.  Fine character btw, I hope you will have fun using him in new scenes and adventures! :)

Very nice render, bicc39. The HDR looks fabulous.

Have to say this, Dimension Theory (HD) and you have a lot in common.

Quality products at a fair price
