DAZ Texturing software?

Okay, given that most every subject has been covered at least once in forums. And my quick to boredom searching style. Does DAZ have an ad on/software for people to create textures (skin that is)?

I would love to create some basic textures for example succubus add on serpent tail. Such as an anaconda pattern or just green with pale yellow belly scale. And yes I know Adobe photoshop is recommended for this but I don't have the extra funds for such an expense.

There is no add-on for working within Daz Studio.  Many people use the UV Templates from the product and an image editor (Photoshop, Gimp-which is free).  There are also 3D painting programs which allow you to paint directly onto the model.  You can find various ones within this thread:  http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/63919/any-good-free-model-painting-applications-out-there#latest
