Gonna Buy IRAY Light set - Which one?

I am going to find a light set to use specifically for the Iray... because I'm like totally lost with it. AND I want to use a lighting set that will give me the option of using it to create a light as if coming in the window, or from the ceiling.

Can someone help me with that?
