saying cant accept payment at this time.  is it only me?  paying with visa.

    No, it's not only you. Also paying with VISA.

    I had the same problem about a week ago, so I used paypal, and that worked.

    sigh  10% coupie expired. minds store not on discounts today.

    Same problem with me just now using my debit card.  Twice now I've tried to purchase the same item and I keep getting a message that it cannot accept my payment at this time.  No reason given.  I checked my bank account in case it had been hacked and that wasn't the problem.  There's still money in there so it must be on DAZ's end.

    Should be working again, had a wave of attempted fraud that turned our merchant account's fraud controls up to 11.

    We have talked with the merchant account providers and we have the fraud controls turned back down to normal.

     

    I will be continuing to monitor the situation but let me know if anything else pops up.

    Thank you for letting us know.  Thinking it might be a debit card problem, I just used my credit card instead and it went through.  I guess it wasn't a card issue after all.

    When the other 3D store that starts with an R got hacked earlier this year, somebody got a hold of my debit card information.  Fortunately the bank called me to inquire about the strange charges showing up in my account.  I also have LifeLock which is well worth having, but it doesn't hurt to be vigilant.
