I'm going to be doing a couple scenes inside a clothing store and was trying to find props for this. I was thinking of using the new http://www.daz3d.com/reception-area as the main store, but I need to fill it with clothing racks and other items you would find in a clothing store. I did some serious searching through the store but couldn't find anything like that.
Does anyone know of something I could pick up, or at least use to kit bash a scene together with? I can't find anything resembling what I'm looking for.

Renderosity actually has a Clothing Store Interior set.
Mannequins will help you get some realism in there too. Bar Italia is what I use to set up stores in the mall,I use the cash register, and you can use the shelves behind the counter for your store items. Also, search for Display Cases.

It wouldn't take all that much to model just about all of it with the possible exception of the clothes. The vast majority can be set up with modified prims.

The Dream Home Dressing Room could be adapted for a higher end boutique store interior, especially the men's closet. It has open hanger bars and shelving.
