It looks like something strange has been added to the "featured artists" section of the PA festival. Some 13 artists who didn't have items in the "new featured" or "still featured" section, just a curious coincidence about the first letter of their user names.

is this a deliberate thing, or something strange going on with the sale?

    Its deliberate they are giving discount chances to the folks that didnt particpate in the big sale. They flowed into the E's today.
