Looking for pose dial

I am crappy when doing keyframed poses one of the most useful pose controllers on the G3 female is the knees up slider which pulls the knees up toward the chest but it also uses the hips so it retains the proper relationship with the hip and the waist. Anyone have a custom pose set that is similar or someone knowlegeble in good pose mechanics that could make one? Or at the very least walk me thru how to make it within DAZ?
