Morph3D: How to contact the team?

Hi everyone,

I'm aware that it's not exactly the place to post a topic on Morph3D (even if Morph3D is a part of DAZ 3D dedicated to gaming) but I really need some help.

How can I contact the Morph3D team?
I mean:

1) There is no forum on their website.
2) There is no dedicated forum here.
3) I sent an e-mail to askusanything@morph3d.com (apparently the most appropriate e-mail address)
Here is the automated answer I got:

Hello (e-mail address removed for privacy reason),We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (askusanything) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren't able to post: * You might have spelled or formatted the group name incorrectly. * The owner of the group may have removed this group. * You may need to join the group before receiving permission to post. * This group may not be open to posting. If you have questions related to this or any other Google Group, visit the Help Center at http://support.google.com/a/morph3d.com/bin/topic.py?topic=25838.Thanks,morph3d.com admins

and http://support.google.com/a/morph3d.com/bin/topic.py?topic=25838
send me back in fact at https://support.google.com/a/topic/25838 . Absolutely no use.

4) I also tried to send an e-mail to [email protected] (the e-mail address we are supposed to whitelist for the newsletter):
No answer so far.

All of this has been done already 9 days ago (21st September).
I think I'm someone quite patient and not quick to criticize, but unless I've done something wrong (which is always possible), their contact options seem just horrible so far.
Is there any other hidden e-mail to contact them somewhere ? :(

    try asking -

    http://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us/

they might be able to help .

  • Thanks Bigh.

    I posted a ticket.
But I have no big hope: Last time I sent them a ticket 8 months ago, I didn't got a reply (even a negative one) :(

did you try to use the contact form on the site?

    https://www.morph3d.com/about/help.php

cuz it says "Do you have any questions or comments about your Morph Character Pack? Let us know here."
seems like a no-brainer to me.

  • Well... it's as much a no-brainer to send an e-mail to askusanything@morph3d.com (which I did)

But thanks. I will try that as well.

  • What are you trying to find out or ask about?

  • I work for an indie studio and I have several questions related to their MCS (Morph Character Systems).

on the assets store they posted a link to a unity thread they were responding too.

BTW That thread is a riot. Must read material. The backwards breasts bones we have complained about here for a long time has been brought up several times already. And apparently they are trying to do the same gimmic with Morph3D where they favor people who sell content with them over people who want to make their own custom content. it's a riot.

After using the contact form of their site, still no answers from them after a week.
I'm not sure posting in a thread for technical problems on Unity website would be the best solution but if there is no other solution, I will try this one as a last resort. Thanks for the idea, Larsmidnatt!

Any other idea that comes to mind to reach them ? :(
