How do I locate my forum posts please

Hi, I have posted in the forums but I can't seem to find my posts. How  can I find them please?

    You click the gear icon in the top right corner, and select your username from the dropdown menu. That takes you to the profile page. On that page you have 2 gear icons. Click on the one that is in the same line as your username, and from the dropdown menu, select "Your posts" or "Your threads", depending on what you need to find.
