I have never modelled before! I have searched everywhere for a 3d model to purchase or for free, but I cannot find anything similar. It is headwear worn by the Long Range Desert Group during WW2.
I can handle the scarf in DAZ Studio with a DForce plane, but I need to somehow make the head bands. Any assistance would be greatfully appreciated. Cheers

Larger photo. Cheers
i would think you could create a curve around the had and use the thickness tool. Make sure the curve is a little bigger than the head so it has room to grow when you thicken it.
If you plan to use a dforce highly dense plane for the fabric, you can also use DazStudio's primitive torus for the round head bands.
