Filter Forge license key not recognized from DAZ?

I purchased FF through DAz yesterday and trying to install today but when I go to enter the Key from my serial number page it says it's invalid! Did anyone else have this issue and what is the solution?

    It's in two parts - a user name, starting DAZ, and then the serial number in groups of five characters with a vertical bar between the two parts.

    Sorry, i don't understand

    When i launch filter forge, it ask for name and licence key, but licence key too long

    What is name ? 66665_FilterForge9Mac ?

    What is key ? Serial key in my DAZ count is too long : DAZ-customer-9002|xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

    the name is what BEFOR the vertical bar

    the key is what after vertical bar
