G3F - Third Party Add ons do their Job until saving the scene

Hello, I know I should not open so much discussions but I do not know two what discussion this could fit.
I have bought two 3D-Party add ons for G3F.
1. Is "New Genitalia for V7" at Renderotica
2. Is "Genital Hair for NewGens for Victoria 7"
So it works:
You load your G3F, select GF3 and add "New Genitalia for V7"
You select "New Genitalia for V7" and add "Genitalia Hair for V7"
After doing this the hair follows all G3F morphs as well as the "genitalia" morphs, so far so good.
If you know save the scene, clear the scene and load the scene new the "New genitalia for V7" works correct but the Hair just follows all G3F morphs but no longer the morphs of the "New Genitalia for V7". To fix this you have to delete the genitalia and the hair, add the genitalia new and add the hair new, then everthing works again until you save the scene. Next time you load the scene it begins right from the start with no following of the genitalia morphs.
Has somebody an idea what causes this problem?

Might I suggest that you ask this question over at 'rotica? They might be able to help you.
I have but no answer until now and I guess because the hair worked until loading the scene new after saving it it is probably a DS issue.
The curious thing is, if you just delete the hair, select the genitalia and add the hair new to it it will also not work. It works only if you add the genitalia new and then the hair.
That's a problem with the product, dude.
Hmm I do not know. So I was asking. BTW. The things with the added to favorite body shape morphs and pose control morphs. They get lost if I save the scene, the only morphs that stay under favorites after saving the scene are the pose control morphs for the head.
Does the problem happen if you save the character to the library as a scene subset and reload it into a new scene?
No, I have a scene with G3F and save it as "normal standard" scene.
File -> Save as -> Scene
Then maybe you should try and save it in the Presets folder under G3F as a scene subset. The little + sign in the bottom left.
have found the problem and fixed it. It is both I would say, a product and a DS issue. If you add the hair it is not parented to the figure but just fit to it and as written it follows all morphs, also the gen morphs until you save the scene and load...
if you add the hair and parented it to the gens then it will work also after reloading the scene. Seems something get lost when saving the scene if it is not parented but just fitted to.
Thank you for posting the solution.
Actually it is only a product issue. Those two products are made to conform to G3F and not each other (the hair was meant to conform to DAZ's G3F genitals), what the OP did was try to conform an item to another conformer (with different rigging) hence the issue occurred. If the hair was made to conform to the 3rd party product, then there would be no issue.
The parenting trick worked because the OP did not try to conform the products to each other.
Nope. It (the hair) was designed to fit the "New genitalia for V7" so it the productinformation.
No problem :) and parent the "fitted to" hair to the "New Genitals for V7" not to G3F itself.
There are two products for Daz's and the 3rd party gens. Verify that you have the correct one. Even then, it's a product support issue not a DS issue, so you should contact the vendor there for issues with the two products.
I do not get it. It worked. Have added the "New Genitalia for V7" to G3F and have added the "Genitalia Hair for V7" to the genitalia, have also parented the hair to it, saved the scene and reopen it and it worked, the hair followed all morphs of the gens and also every G3F bodymorph. IT WORKED.
Now I have closed the scene again and worked on another scene and reopend the G3F scene later the day and...it does not work. Can someone explain that to me? First it worked after reopen the saved scene, the second time it worked not after reopen the scene.
I am not an idiot. If the products would not be made for each other the wouldn`t work right from the start I guess and it is also written in the product information.
Second thing. After parenting the hair to the gens nexto to "fit to" it worked one time after reloading the scene. The second time I reload the scene it did not work.
Slowly but surely i think it is an DS issue because my GF3 also looses the favorite morphs I have added when reloading the scene. Only the facemorphs I have added to favorites are still under favorites, the bodymorphs I have added to favorites before saving the scene are not under favorites after reloading the scene.
What OS are you using, and where is your content folder? Have you checked your hard drive?
So the thing is...if you have applied the hair to the gens (fit to) and you parented it also to the gens then you saved the scene and loaded it new it works and the hair follows the gen morphs. If you then change just the color of one slider in the parameter settings and you save the scene again. It will not work anymore after reloading the scene. Even it worked before saving. So the changing of parameter setting values has no influence while you are still working on the scene then everything is fine but after saving the scene and reloading it, then it works not. And this is I guess not a product issue but a DS issue.
....aaaaaand crash while saving a scene...great DS4.8 is really great...I never had so much crashes since DS 3.1.xxx
So I have the problem but no solution. The hair works fine no matter how often you save or reload the scene. It will not work any longer if you change something in the parameter settings of the gens and save the scene even it is just the color of the slider.
