How can I stop this??

Ok huge pet peeve.
When I do a spot render...the lil window pops up telling me the progress. Sometimes I click the X to close it out forgetting to hit the cancel button. This leads to it still doing the spot render and no way for me to cancel it as I cant re-open the render progress window.

This has gotten me so frustrated.

Most times I remember to hit the cancel button, but sometimes I forget and end up having to sit there waiting for it to finish.

Is there anyway to get that window open again to cancel it?

I have tried to hit the render button thinking it would open it up, the spot render button, the keyboard short cuts..nothing does it.

 

Anyway to do it?

    I'm not near the computer now... Well, there is only a wall between me and it, but I'm too lazy to walk into the other room or break through the wall... But doesn't the render window show up if you hover over the DAZ icon in the task bar?... I'm more of a Mac person, so I wanna call it the dock, but it's the task bar at the bottom of the screen, right?... I'm pretty sure if you hover over it you should see the render window still there and you can click on it to open it again... I know I always do what you just described but it's been a week since I rendered anything in studio, and everything is fuzzy now... The rum didn't help either... I hope that was right, sorry if not.

    it doesnt seem to. This is when doing a spot render to test a look. If I accidentally hit the "X" instead of cancel the progress window closes but continues the spot render...with no way for me to stop it.

    I have to allow the spot render to finalize before I can do a Render. No way for me to cancel it.
